Bonisimo Grouper with White Wine and Ginger

Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets of Bonisimo Grouper from the Sea
  • 1 piece of ginger of 2.5 cm approximately
  • 20 g butter
  • 30 mL of white wine
  • Salt

 

Preparation:

  1. Place the Bonisimo del Mar grouper fillets in a baking dish. Grate the ginger and butter over them, sprinkle the wine over the mixture. Add salt to taste.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap. Bake for approximately eight minutes in the microwave.
  3. Carefully remove and serve hot. Enjoy!

 

Note:Can be prepared with other varieties of Bonisimo del Mar fish, including Bonisimo del Mar Robalo, Bonisimo del Mar Grouper, Bonisimo del Mar Salmon, Tilapia Fillet, Basa Fillet, etc.
