Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon Bonisimo del Mar Salmon
- 1 Orange
- 1 lemon
- 100 ml of orange and lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- ½ tablespoon mustard
- Fresh Dill
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- Put the juice, honey and mustard in a saucepan and heat until it has reduced by half.
- Cut the orange and lemon into very thin slices and put them in the bottom of two individual baking dishes, sprinkle with a little dill.
- Season the Bonisimo del Mar Salmon and place it on top of the citrus slices, spread the sauce over the two loins.
- We put it in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is done.
- Before serving, sprinkle with a little more dill, delicious!
