Baked Bonisimo Salmon with Orange and Lime

Ingredients:

  • 2 Salmon Bonisimo del Mar Salmon
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 ml of orange and lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ tablespoon mustard
  • Fresh Dill

 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º.
  2. Put the juice, honey and mustard in a saucepan and heat until it has reduced by half.
  3. Cut the orange and lemon into very thin slices and put them in the bottom of two individual baking dishes, sprinkle with a little dill.
  4. Season the Bonisimo del Mar Salmon and place it on top of the citrus slices, spread the sauce over the two loins.
  5. We put it in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is done.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with a little more dill, delicious!
